I understand portfolio companies often reach inflection points where leadership capability becomes the constraint to execution. Whether the need is scaling operations, stabilizing teams, driving transformation, navigating integration, or confidentially replacing leadership, the right hire materially impacts outcomes.

My niche and network have been built over 15+ years across Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Manufacturing, Automation, and Packaging.

I founded WRG Executive Search in 2021 after spending more than a decade working with some of the industry’s top executive search and headhunting firms.

I have intentionally never positioned WRG as a high-volume recruiting firm built to support every hiring need. I prefer to work selectively, partnering with a small number of clients at a time to ensure a high level of access, responsiveness, and execution quality. As a result, I typically take on only 3 to 5 searches concurrently.

I also operate independently by design. Particularly within confidential searches, limiting exposure and maintaining control of the process materially reduces risk. I do not outsource sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, or candidate management.

Every candidate presented has been personally identified, directly engaged, thoroughly vetted, and aligned through a highly hands-on process. For confidential engagements, candidates also execute NDAs prior to deeper discussions.
